ASSIGMENT 3......

After I have completed a logo and illustration for global warming, now its time to do a poster for my assignment 3.This would be my final assignment for my computer graphic.

Firstly I refer to all this pictures as a reference for my poster

With all this pictures as reference, I got an idea to create a poster. I wanted to create a poster that will make people aware and realized that industries that are not environment consience is very dangerous and is the main culprit that pollutes the earth that contribute to global warming.

My poster this time will be the combination of my logo from assignment 1 . Do you still remember my assigment 1??

This is my logo from assignment 1.I will combine it with my next poster.

SO IT BEGINS - MY POSTER....

Before i start my work, i will introduce all my tools.

This is my drawing tool tab.I use this to draw my poster. It have pen tool, pencil, text and many more..

This is my colouring tool tab .I use this to select and colour my poster.

And this is the layer tool tab .I use this for making layer.I can easily use this to colour my assigment.

All this tool tabs are very important for me to create and complete my assignment.

So i begin my work.

THE WATER

This circle symbolized the water that is pure and clean. I then combined the colors to show that the clean water has became mixed up and is now dirty and toxic.

Then for the second step, i created a river

Then the third step was making a drain that is from the factories that is discharging effluent waste that makes the water toxic.

THE FACTORY

For my factory logo I use the one from my first assignment.

First step was to create the base of the factory. I also created some windows to show that the factory is "alive". I then fill it with suitable colors.

Next, I created a chimney at the top of my factory

I created more chimney and draw some lines to make it look like the real chimney that I saw at some industrial area. I also make create smokes coming out of those chimney to show the factory is emmiting toxic gas and fumes to the atmosphere.

After that i fill colors for the background. I choose red to signifies it is a hot atmosphere and suitable for the theme of global warming.

MY SLOGAN

My slogan is 'SAVE OUR HOME'. Its means that everone is responsible to stop whatever activities that can contribute to global warming. It will ensure that future generations will live on earth that is still safe. "Save Our Home" is also meant for us to help other living creature living on earth such as the animals. Animals also consider Earth as their Home but these creatures could not contribute or take part to minimised global warming. They are the victims of our irresponsility.( remember the picture of a goose that lives in a lake full of our rubbish )

So lets put our difference and grivences aside and put our hands together to make mother Earth a better place to live in.

ASSIGMENT PART 2.....

For this assigment,I must do scenery about my logo.My logo about ozone effect the global warming. My subject matter is factory.firstly i do my sketch. Its about 1 hour i draw it.

THIS IS MY SKETCH

Then i do using illustrator......

This my first step.I use my pen tool to make my factory

I draw using pen tool. This is pen tool. Its left side of illustrator

This my second step

I finished to draw.I must do layer for easy to paint

Then i begin with my paint

My first step. This picture how i make a layer

My second step..I

My third step..

Then this my final work..

SO WHAT YOU THINK.ITS OK????

GLOBAL WARMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Global warming is the increase in the average measured temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-twentieth century, and its projected continuation.
The average global air temperature near the Earth's surface increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) during the hundred years ending in 2005.The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes "most of the observed increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-twentieth century is very likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic (man-made) greenhouse gas concentrations" via an enhanced greenhouse effect. Natural phenomena such as solar variation combined with volcanoes probably had a small warming effect from pre-industrial times to 1950 and a small cooling effect from 1950 onward. These basic conclusions have been endorsed by at least thirty scientific societies and academies of science, including all of the national academies of science of the major industrialized countries. While individual scientists have voiced disagreement with some findings of the IPCC, the overwhelming majority of scientists working on climate change agree with the IPCC's main conclusions.
Climate model projections summarized by the IPCC indicate that average global surface temperature will likely rise a further 1.1 to 6.4 °C (2.0 to 11.5 °F) during the twenty-first century. This range of values results from the use of differing scenarios of future greenhouse gas emissions as well as models with differing climate sensitivity. Although most studies focus on the period up to 2100, warming and sea level rise are expected to continue for more than a thousand years even if greenhouse gas levels are stabilized. The delay in reaching equilibrium is a result of the large heat capacity of the oceans.
Increasing global temperature is expected to cause sea level to rise, an increase in the intensity of extreme weather events, and significant changes to the amount and pattern of precipitation. Other expected effects of global warming include changes in agricultural yields, modifications of trade routes, glacier retreat, species extinctions and increases in the ranges of disease vectors.
Remaining scientific uncertainties include the amount of warming expected in the future, and how warming and related changes will vary from region to region around the globe. Most national governments have signed and ratified the Kyoto Protocol aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, but there is ongoing political and public debate worldwide regarding what, if any, action should be taken to reduce or reverse future warming or to adapt to its expected consequences

IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE OUR EARTH BECOMING TO ?????
ACT NOW SAVE LATER

As the level of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) rises, it is not only heating the globe but also dissolving in ocean waters, turning them more acidic. A deadly environment for shell building creatures.

Shell structure - DAy 0 to Day 45

Computer models show that acidification will deplete carbonate ions in much of the oceans by year 2100. ( top graphic is year 1995 )

Antarctica - Franklin Island - Breakages of ice plates.
( I felt sorry for that penguin...Do you??? )

East Java May 2006 - Mud eruption has engulfed 12 villages.

A common scene from a "backyard" industrial chimney. Fatal emission to the atmosphere.
I called them "Pirates of the Environment".

A good location to give speeches about Global Warming. :)

" Mark of Zorro " - Global Warming is ZERO friendly to us.

Save my Home... Please....

So for my assigment I have to design a logo about Global Warming..........

THIS PICTURE GIVES ME AN IDEA TO DESIGN MY LOGO

MY SKETCHES

So I begin to design my logo at Illustrator.........

DRAW A LOGO

This are my drawing tools

This is my First step

My Second step

The Third step

My Fourth step

COLOURING THE LOGO

This is the colouring tools

I used the layer tab to make my colouring work easier

My colouring time begin

The Final step - "Presto!!"

MY LOGO

Now let me explain what my logo means. Every color and object has its own meaning - every meaning symbolized LIFE ......

MEANING OF SYMBOL
This symbolize our beloved Earth. Our Earth contains billions of living organism that need each other to survive, including us - humans. But now our Earth and her population are facing new dangers that is being created by her own population. Pollution created by its population resulting in Global Warming . ( burnt that in your head........)

THE COLOUR

-Green means the land and plants on earth.

-Blue means the liquid water covering 70% of its surface. Ohhhhh.....Our "Planet Water".

-Orange color symbolize the Global Warming effect building up.

MEANING OF SYMBOL

This symbolize a Home or shelter where we live. Houses are built to protect us from the heat and cold. Now is it still true that our home can still protect and provide safety from Global Warming...???.

THE COLOUR
-Yellow means that our home has become less comfortable because of the heat surrounding it.
-For the Blue color on the door signifies the "sweaty" effect of the people living inside it.
-The Black colored windows means that windows are always shut to prevent harmful air from entering the house.

MEANING OF SYMBOL

-This symbolize the factories and industrial activities. Pollution from factories are the major contributor towards Global Warming. Pollution generated is discharge to the land, water and air. Aiyaa! What a bad scenario. :(

THE COLOUR

-The black color on the factory means that companies involved in industrial activities without considering Global Warming effects MUST be "black listed ".

- The Yellow windows signifies the generation of industrial activities inside that will contribute to Global Warming.

-The Grey colored smoke is the bad air emission that is polluting the atmosphere and the air we breathe. S.O.S

So what u think??????Is it ok???? So I leave it to your wise judgement for comments...
